In accordance to the Federal Law Article 103, every foreign citizen visiting the Russian Federation must be registered.

Attention! The citizen is registered in accordance to his current accommodation, if he\she changes the address within the Russian borderline, he\she has to be registered again.

The “Novaya istoriya” guest house registers its guests accordingly. The register tax is 250 RR is charged at the guest house check in.
